1 hour to set up is included in the rental. If you need the booth set up earlier, and it will be idle prior to booth start time, there is an additional fee.

Once your order is received and reviewed, you will receive an invoice via email for your $200 deposit. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until $200 deposit is received. A final invoice will be emailed to you and final payment must be received within 30 days prior to event.

After the form is completed, we will send you an invoice from Square that you can pay your $200 invoice with any credit or debit card.

TERMS & CONDITIONS — PLEASE READ!

Price listed is an estimate. Final price of rental may change based on modifications.

Package includes: Unlimited photos for the length of the rental, your choice of Black and White or Color images, custom names and dates on photo overlay (predetermined before event), one photo booth attendant for set up and tear down, and an online gallery with all of the original high-resolution photos. 

Payment: A $200 deposit is required to reserve the photo booth for your event. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to event. Make checks payable to Photo Booth Boise (all payments are due and payable in Boise, ID).

An additional hour ($150) can be determined at the event.

You will receive an invoice from Photo Booth Boise after completion of this form.

Notice to customer:

DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONTRACT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ All THE TERMS. WE ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT AND WE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF A FULLY COMPLETED COPY OF THE CONTRACT, AND WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE DEPOSIT/RETAINER OF $200 IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND REQUIRED TO RESERVE PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH'S SERVICES ON YOUR DATE.  IF PAYING BY CHECK, MAIL THIS FORM AND RETAINER BACK TO PHOTO BOOTH BOISE AND KEEP ONE COPY FOR YOURSELF. CALL WITH QUESTIONS.

1. IMAGES ON CD / ONLINE GALLERY
1.1 YOUR CD OF EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY OR ONLINE GALLERY COMES WITH OUR PERMISSION FOR YOU TO PRINT COPIES OF THE IMAGES AND FOR USE ONLINE. REPLACEMENT CD’S MAY BE PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER AT $20.00 EACH.  

2. RETAINERS 
2.1 UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED HEREIN, CUSTOMER SHALL MAKE A RETAINER TO RETAIN PHOTOS BOOTH BOISE/BOISE PHOTO BOOTH TO PERFORM THE REQUESTED PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES ("THIS ORDER") FOR CUSTOMER. UPON THE COMPLETION OF THIS ORDER, CUSTOMER’S RETAINER SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE TOTAL COST OF THIS ORDER. THIS RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  THE RETAINER FOR THIS CONTRACT IS $200.

3. PAYMENT 
3.1 CUSTOMER SHALL PAY PHOTOBOOTHBOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH IN FULL THE BALANCE DUE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

4. NEGATIVES AND COPYRIGHTS 
4.1 UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY AGREED HEREIN, PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH HAS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO HOLD ALL NEGATIVE MATERIALS, TRANSPARENCIES, AND DIGITAL FILES AND MAKE ADDITIONAL REPRODUCTIONS THEREOF
4.2 UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY AGREED HEREIN, PHOTO BOOTH BOISE AND BOISE PHOTO BOOTH HAS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO APPLY FOR COPYRIGHT PROTECTION FOR ALL OR ANY PART OF THIS ORDER. ROM FOR CUSTOMER.  
4.3  CUSTOMER AND OR THEIR GUESTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE COPIES OF THE IMAGES. PHOTO BOOTH BOISE WILL PROVIDE A DISK OR A WEBLINK OF ALL THE IMAGES AFTER THE EVENT IS COMPLETED. 

5. PHOTO BOOTH BOISE'S USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS 
5.1 UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY AGREED HEREIN, PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH HAS THE RIGHT TO USE THE IMAGE MATERIALS FOR THIS ORDER AND REPRODUCTIONS THEREFROM FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVERTISING, CREATING SAMPLES, DISPLAYING SAMPLES OF PHOTO BOOTH BOISE'S PHOTOGRAPHIC WORK, EDITORIAL OR ART DISPLAYS, DIGITAL SCANNING, INTERNET DISPLAY AND GENERAL DISPLAY FOR PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH.

6. LIABILITY OF PHOTO BOOTH BOISE - IN THE EVENT THAT THIS ORDER CANNOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO AN ACT OF GOD; STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR DISTURBANCES, SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY TYPE; RIOTS OR CIVIL DISTURBANCES; ACTION OR REGULATION BY ANY LOCAL, STATE, OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENTAL UNIT OR AGENCY; ANY EVENT CONSIDERED A "FORCE MAJEURE"; OR ANY OTHER EVENT OR ACT OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF PHOTO BOOTH BOISE, PHOTO BOOTH BOISE'S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER SHALL BE LIMITED TO RETURN OF CUSTOMER'S DEPOSIT/RETAINER. 
6.2 PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE DIGITAL FILES DUE TO ANY CAUSE IN SECTION 6.1 OR FROM A CONTRACTED PHOTOGRAPHY LAB. 
6.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THIS ORDER CANNOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO ANY CAUSE NOT DESCRIBED IN EITHER SECTION 6.1 AND 6.2 ABOVE, PHOTO BOOTH BOISE'S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETAIL VALUE OF CUSTOMER'S ORDER AS SET FORTH HEREIN. 

7. MISC. - PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO CUSTOMER IF THE USAGE AND PURPOSE OF THIS ORDER IS OTHER THAN AS INDICATED HEREIN. 7.2 THIS ORDER IS BINDING UPON THE PARTIES, THEIR SUCCESSORS AN ASSIGNS AND MAY ONLY BE ALTERED IN WRITING BY THE PARTIES. 

8. TIME AND COVERAGE 
8.1 CUSTOMER WILL HAVE PHOTO BOOTH BOISE / BOISE PHOTO BOOTH'S SERVICES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT STARTING FROM THE TIME INDICATED ON THE CONTRACT UNTIL THE ALLOTTED TIME IS OVER, THE HOURS OF SERVICE ARE CONSECUTIVE HOURS.  THREE HOUR RENTAL MINIMUM REQUIRED UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES. 
8.2 IDLE TIME: ONE HOUR IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FOR BOOTH SET UP. ADDITIONAL HOURS CAN BE ADDED PRIOR TO THE START OF SERVICE FOR $25 EACH. IDLE HOURS CANNOT BE USED AFTER THE START TIME FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH. 
8.3 ADDITIONAL HOURS OF SERVICE CAN BE ADDED TO THE RENTAL FOR $150 EACH. 

9. MEALS AND BREAKS
CUSTOMER AGREES TO PROVIDE 1 MEAL DURING THE EVENT FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR IS ALLOWED A BREAK EVERY 2 HOURS FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL. 

10.  TRAVEL - AFTER THE FIRST 30 MILES OUTSIDE OF MERIDIAN, CUSTOMER WILL PAY TRAVEL FEES FOR TRANSPORTATION - $1.25 PER MILE, AS WELL AS LODGING FOR THE PHOTOBOOTH OPERATOR UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY AGREED UPON HEREIN.

11. PRICES & SERVICES OUTLINED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR AND ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL IMAGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD.   
11.1 ITEMS AND SERVICES OUTLINED IN THIS CONTRACT CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE BETWEEN PARTIES. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
